A reformer is one of the most beautiful pieces of equipment in movement. Used well, it builds strength, length and control like nothing else. Used carelessly or not at all, it’s an expensive towel rack.

I started teaching Clinical Pilates in 1999. Since then I’ve taught thousands of sessions and I’ve watched the rise of studio and home reformers with interest— but many people who own one don’t use them anywhere near their potential and studio pilates can be very expensive.

Why not subscribe to my website for on demand classes that you can do whenever you choose and slot them in between more expensive studio sessions?

I am building a library of varied classes for all abilities but if you are not sure where to start why not contact me for a 1:1 session

What you will need

A reformer — any major brand is fine (Allegro, Reformer 100, Aero Pilates, Megaformer, the new home models from Stott or Balanced Body). A little space around the reformer, a little light, and your water bottle within reach.

Who reformer is for

Anyone who has — or is thinking about getting — a home reformer. The library is built so a complete beginner can start at Foundations and grow into longer sessions, while experienced practitioners can drop straight into all the classes.

If you’re post-surgical, post-natal, or working around a persistent injury, please book a 1:1 first so we can make sure you are doing exercises appropriate for the stage of healing or for the injury or condition that you have. Contact me here to discuss your individial needs and book a 1:1
