Take care of your Body -
it’s the only Place you have to Live
Physio-led barre, reformer Pilates, and movement education — on demand, in one membership.
Hi, I'm Trish.
I'm a Chartered Physiotherapist with a Master's in Sports Physiotherapy and over thirty-five years of helping bodies move better. I teach Clinical Pilates and Barre, and I've spent the last few years quietly building everything in this library.
The membership is for anyone who wants smart, well-taught, on-demand movement led by someone who actually understands the body. Whether you're returning after injury, navigating menopause, building strength in your 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond, or just want a five-minute reset between meetings — there's something here for you.
Have a look around. If it sounds like your kind of place, I'd love to have you in.

Barre classes — from a five-minute Snack Barre to a full Iron Barre workout.
Iron Barre, Relax at the Barre, Mini Barre, Barre Mat and Snack Barre. On-demand classes for every mood, ability and pocket of time. Taught with the eye of a physio who teaches barre herself, every day. Barre classes will leave you feeling longer, stronger and leaner.
Find a barre class to suit your place, time and energy levels.
Quick Drills to spice up your day or gym routine
Need inspiration? Is your gym workout stale, repetitive and boring. Perhaps you need a sport specific drill so you can get back to your sport after an injury or you just want to have a bit of fun. Quick Drills is the bench you sit on between sessions or between meetings.
Quick drills are all about agility, speed, rotation, power and balance. They will help you now in your chosen sport and set you up for healthy ageing.
Reformer Pilates — for the machine in your spare room.
Foundation classes, full-length sessions, targeted shorts, and physio-led recoveries. If you've already got a reformer at home, this is how to use it properly. Teaching reformer since 1999, I will guide you through a total body workout with explanations of how to do each exercise but, more importantly, why?
Seasonal programmes — ready your body for the sport and life you love.
Whether it's prepping for ski season, getting your whites out for Wimbledon season, building running mileage in summer, or a one-a-day workout to tick you over through the winter, these are the programmes that change with the year.
How often do you prepare for your seasonal sport? And how often do you get injured on the first run, first game, first slope? Time to get prepped! More about the seasonal programmes here
Body Fix, Body Fit — bite-sized movement and education.
This section is all about education and healthy habits. It includes the video library of my book Body Fix, Body Fit which is bursting with guilt free snaxsercises and top tips I have been handing out to patients over decades. Do your body a favour!
The video library of my book — quick exercises you can drop into the kitchen, the office, or the gap between meetings. Side Hustle, Walk Like an Egyptian, Don't Get the Hump and the rest. As seen in The Simple Things magazine.

This is for you if…
• You want smart, well-taught, on-demand movement from someone with clinical depth.
• You're navigating menopause, returning to movement after injury or surgery, or just want to feel stronger and more at home in your body.
• You've got a reformer at home and want to use it properly.
• You like five-minute resets as much as forty-five-minute classes.
This isn't for you if…
• You need a personalised plan for a specific injury or persistent pain. (Book a 1:1 with me — that's what those are for.)
• You're after a high-intensity, sweaty bootcamp vibe. (I'm not your woman.)

I just love my barre sessions with Trish! It is THE BEST way to start the day, (even though we might groan a bit from time to time, especially when she brings out both the balls AND the bands .….) - I don’t just feel stronger and fitter, but the classes are always full of fun and laughter and I leave with a spring in my step and smile on my face every time.

"I've been practising barre with Trish for 2 years. I adore her friendly and inspiring classes. Trish works every muscle group and is a stickler for great posture. With her physiotherapy background she's able to provide an added dimension to the class that helps keep me injury free. Since meeting Trish I am stronger, more toned and flexible and have had many giggles with her along the way! I highly recommend her classes."

Trish’s Barre class is a fantastic full-body workout. It’s tough but rewarding, and the benefits become really noticeable when you attend regularly. I always notice the difference when I’ve been away from class for a while. The classes have helped improve my strength and overall fitness.
