With decades of experience in rehabilitation and a deep understanding of pain, healing and biomechanics, I’ll guide you back to your sport, activity, or daily routine using a fully integrated approach. Every session is personalised to meet your unique needs, combining exercise prescription and movement strategies that take into consideration your pathology and stage of healing.
