💪 About Me – Trish Formby
With over 35 years as a physiotherapist, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of people—from elite athletes to everyday heroes—recover from surgery, injury, and chronic pain. My journey began at just 15, diving into the fitness and health world as an aerobics instructor, and it was no surprise when I found my calling in sports physiotherapy.
I’ve tested most injuries on myself (not always intentionally!) and in my late 50’s, I understand firsthand the challenges of ageing, menopause, and recovery from injury and major surgery. Having faced breast cancer, and mastectomy, I deeply relate to the physical and emotional toll of treatment, and I bring that empathy into everything I do.
What drives me is simple: I love feeling strong, mobile, energised and pain-free—and I want that for you too. My mission is to share the life hacks, movement strategies, and mindset shifts that have helped me and my clients thrive over the years.
