I have seen Trish several times over the years for relatively minor but annoying sports injuries, the most recent being diagnosed as tennis elbow. I really cannot recommend Trish highly enough as a physiotherapist. Trish always takes the time to identify the root of the problem, which often turns out to be something upstream and completely different to the injury. Her expertise and skilled treatment seems to quickly provide both pain reduction and mobility.
Home exercises specific to the injury are provided to accelerate healing, these are always fully explained and practiced during the session, videos are provided to assist when at home.
Being a very sporty person herself, I think she really understands the frustrations injuries cause, she often advises areas to work on relevant to your specific sports to avoid typical injuries and improve performance,

💪 About Me – Trish Formby
I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist with a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy and have more than thirty-five years of helping people move — from elite athletes to anyone who simply wants to feel better in their own body. I teach Clinical Pilates and Barre, and over the last few years I’ve been quietly building a library of online classes and education for people who can’t always make it into the clinic.
I’m in my late 50s. I’ve had breast cancer, a mastectomy, and experienced most of the injuries I help people recover from (not all of them on purpose). I know what it feels like to start again. This site is for anyone who wants to feel strong, mobile and at home in their body — whatever decade they’re in.
