Taking the squish

When I go on holiday I always take my squishy Pilates ball with me. Once deflated it squishes flat and is light so it doesn’t cut into my holiday wardrobe!

You can do an entire workout using the ball to include strenghtening, core, stretches and mobility exercises and with a bit of luck you might have a gorgeous view too!
