STANDING TO ATTENTION

Many people are now starting to stand to work and I am huge fan but I have limited space and I wanted something stylish as well as functional so……I decided to build my own. I wanted it to be ajustable but also to fold away flat when not in use. It sits in our music room so I chose a guitar shape. With some help from my husband I was able to make a template that I used to cut the wood and route out the ‘letterboxes’ so that the removable table could slot in. I then added theratubing so I can do pause exercises such as bow and arrow or quates with upright row. There is more to do but for the time being I love it!
